About us
Minsk Oblast Dental Clinic is a medical advisory center for high-quality dental services for the communities of the Minsk Oblast.
The clinic was founded in 1946 as an outpatient dental clinic and later on, in 1953, was reorganized into the Minsk Oblast Dental Clinic. Since 1959 it has been located on the ground floor of a dwelling house at Kozlova Street, 9.

Our clinic is located in the very center of Minsk & mdash; at Zmitrok Baduli Square. Within walking distance from us is the Ploshchad Pobedy metro station, opposite our knowledge you will find a convenient free parking lot. All this allows our patients to comfortably get to us from anywhere in the city of Minsk.
Dental Clinic Departments
The Therapeutic Department offers maximum dental care within one visit. All therapeutic procedures are performed after local anesthesia. Dental deposits are removed using ultrasonic scalers. 91.3% of all tooth fillings are made of state-of-the-art complex materials.
The Surgical Department offers all types of outpatient and clinic operations.
The Commercial Services Department offers high-quality dental treatment using new technologies and local anesthesia with new highly effective anesthetics.
We use new photopolymer materials and implement state-of-the-art methods of prevention, diagnostics and treatment of dental disorders in compliance with the new technologies, inventions and developments by the Dental Department of the Belarusian Postgraduate Academy and the Belarusian State Medical University.
The professional level of our dental doctors and nurses is high. The organizational structure includes seven clinical interns. Two doctors receive training at the clinical internship.
The Orthodontic Department offers treatment of maxillofacial disorders and carries out medial advisory assistance for the underaged patients of the Minsk Oblast.
The Orthopedic Department provides for the production of new types of dentures: clasp prosthetics, fullcast crowns and metal-ceramic prosthetics, utilizing new technologies.
The clinic is the Oblast leading company that provides full-cast denture components for the dental clinics.
Training and Achievements
Minsk Oblast Dental Clinic is a training facility for the students of the Belarusian Postgraduate Academy studying maxillofacial surgery, and an internship facility for the graduates of the dental faculty of the Belarusian State Medical University.
The clinic personnel have numerous state awards for the achievements and honest work to render qualified dental services for the population of the Minsk Oblast. Amongst the awards are:

Two dentists were awarded with the title of Honored Doctor of BSSR.
As of today, among our personnel are:
- 2 dentists of the highest qualification
- 20 dentists of the 1st qualification
- 12 dentists of the 2nd qualification
30% of our personnel are graduates of the clinical internship.
Our personnel have numerous professional skills achievements and awards. Three doctors are awarded with the Excellence in Health badge, thirty have honorary diplomas of the Belarus Ministry of Health, Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and Minsk Oblast Deputy Council.
